Our Story

Our founder, Kalenzi Alex, grew up as an orphan in Iganga. After facing many hardships in accessing education, he founded Furaha Foundation in 2015. His story became a source of strength and hope—transforming personal pain into a mission that now supports hundreds through school, clean water, and spiritual care.  Our journey has changed many lives, but our mission continues—building brighter futures, one child at a time.

Our Faith

We are rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Every act of love we show is an extension of our belief in God’s mercy and justice. We pray for every child and family we serve, because faith is not just our foundation—it is our fuel.

“Whatever you did for one of the least of these… you did for me.” – Matthew 25:40
