Our Plan

our unique plan is to empower and sustain our mission to help children in a way that reduces dependency on donations. While donations play an important role, we believe in creating long-term, self-sustaining initiatives that enable us to continue supporting vulnerable children and their families.

We aim to establish income-generating projects that fund our programs while also empowering the communities we serve. By creating opportunities that benefit both the children and the broader community, we ensure that our work is impactful and sustainable.

Our approach ensures that we’re not just solving problems temporarily but building a foundation for lasting change. By investing in sustainability, we can provide a brighter future for the children we serve, giving them opportunities to thrive without solely relying on external support. We invite you to be part of this transformative journey. Together, we can create a future where every child has the chance to succeed!

1. Agricultural Projects
• Establishing school and community farms to grow food for the children and sell surplus produce to generate income.
2. Vocational Training Programs
• Setting up training centers where older children and community members can learn practical skills like tailoring, carpentry, or mechanics, which not only improve livelihoods but also fund our educational programs.
3. School-Based Businesses
• Creating small enterprises, such as a school canteen, bakery, or retail shop, where profits directly support Furaha Junior School’s operations and programs.
4. Educational Partnerships
• Collaborating with local and international organizations to provide scholarships, equipment, and resources that reduce operational costs and enhance quality.
5. Community Health Projects
• Offering affordable healthcare services through partnerships or clinics, with proceeds supporting our mission while improving community health.
6. Real Estate Investments
• Developing rental properties or facilities that provide consistent revenue streams to fund the foundation’s activities.

Expanding Educational Access and Quality

Education is the foundation of transformation. We plan to expand Furaha Junior School’s infrastructure, develop more learning centers, and recruit passionate teachers who share our mission. By providing quality education and training, we’re equipping future leaders with the tools to thrive.

Investing in Holistic Child Development

Children need more than academic knowledge; they need emotional, social, and health support. Our programs include nutritional meals, medical support, counseling, and mentorship, which address each child’s well-being. This holistic approach helps children develop into well-rounded individuals ready to contribute to society.

Utilizing Technology for Growth and Connectivity

To reach more children in underserved regions, we’re leveraging technology. With digital learning resources, remote tutoring, and tech-equipped classrooms, we aim to bring educational opportunities to even the most remote areas. Our digital strategy connects children with resources, teachers, and a supportive global network.
